These terms govern the use of the website timely.you, operated by Acunomic GmbH. The use of the timely.you apps is governed by the end user licence agreement.

2. Content

The content describes the software as it exists at the time of publication. Feature statements refer to implemented functionality; release notes record changes. We correct errors when we learn of them but give no warranty for the completeness or timeliness of the content.

3. Downloads

Installers are provided through GitHub. Downloading and installing them is subject to the end user licence agreement. Verify the published checksums if you want assurance about a file.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, images and the timely.you mark belong to Acunomic GmbH or are used under licence. Third-party names are used to describe compatibility only.

5. Links

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

6. Liability

Liability for damage arising from the use of this website is excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains.

7. Governing law

Swiss law applies. The courts of Zürich, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
