Questions and answers

Where is my data?

In one database file on your device. Windows: the local application data folder. Android: the app's private storage. Backups are kept next to it before each structural update.

What leaves my device?

Nothing, unless you connect something. Calendar, Teams and Odoo connections talk to those services with your own account. The update check fetches a small manifest from GitHub. There is no telemetry.

What does free mean?

Up to ten named people in one organisation use every feature on Windows and Android at no charge, updates included. Above ten, and for every user on iOS or macOS, it is EUR 1.42 per named person per month. See pricing and the licence agreement.

How is a user counted?

A user is a named person, however many of their own devices they install the app on.

How do I move to a new computer?

Install the app on the new machine, close it, and copy the database file from the old machine's application data folder into the same place on the new one. Alternatively export CSV files and keep them as records.

Can several people share one installation?

Yes. Profiles are switched in User Settings. Each profile has its own language, formats, work calendar and preferences. Entries are recorded per profile.

Does the app watch what I do?

Only if you switch a source on, and only for you. Every source is off by default, reads locally, and stages suggestions in an inbox until you accept them. Browser history can be masked or excluded per domain before it is shown.

Why does Windows warn me about the installer?

Because it is not yet signed with a publisher certificate. See Install on Windows.

How do I get help?

Use the contact form. Bug reports with the version number from Settings → General are the most useful.
